Little Prince- Chapter 24

Summary:

The twenty-fourth chapter is about that the narrator had been in the desert for eight days because of crash of plane, and had learnt about a story about the sales-clerk because of  water. The author told the little prince that he had not repaired his plane yet and he was lack of water. The little prince did not understand narrator's meaning and began to talk about his fox. Then the little prince realized thirst as well and proposed that he and narrator should go to find a well. They began to find. During the walking, they talked each other and noticed the environment of the desert. The little prince mentioned a question about what made the desert beautiful. The question aroused narrator' childhood memory. And the author's answer was the same as the little prince thought. On account of sleeping little prince, the author picked him up in his arms and walked in the desert. The narrator thought about a lot about invisible things for the little prince when walking. At dawn, the author found the well.
